I am appalled at the term the woman at the beginning of the video uses. This is not the fault of "capital speculation". It seems that the Chines people have been brainwashed to blame everything on "capitalism". The real issue is the rampant corruption in the CCP. This whole way of financing local governments and the wasteful infrastructure projects used to prop up GDP growth numbers is purely a way for corrupt officials to steal money. The CCP has complete control. If they wanted to create a more sustainable funding source for local government they could have, by decree. This whole thing is the result of corruption, not capital. If this is how the Chines people think, they are doomed. Doomed!
