China will experience this deflation more than just about any other country. The structure of their economy basically guarantees failure. The source of that failure is the investment sector. This has driven most personal investment into just one area with little or no alternative. The idea of open investment markets is for people and companies to have many alternatives for investment. China denies this to its citizens. They are basically screwed. This is because one of their only options is dead. It is not coming back. Never! The Chinese can't even move money to other economies that are growing (unless they are very rich). By funneling all personal investment for ordinary people into one sector, that sector has grown too large. When that collapses, it is over.
