This is so reminiscent of what the Nazis were doing in Germany. Don't forget, Nazi is short for National Socialist German Workers Party. Note the Socialist part. Also, note the National part. Nazism was a racially based ideology. The same is true of the CCP. Although the CCP started out as part of an internationalist Marxist-Leninist ideological bloc, Xi has steered it in a nationalistic direction. Recall the phraseology, "with Chinese characteristics". In common with the USSR, Nazi Germany and Xi's CCP rely on a strong national leader. The parallels are so interesting. Nazi Germany had four-year plans. There was also an organization, the state owned Reichswerke Hermann Göring, that was set up to absorb private assets involved primarily in the iron and steel making sector. A description of this organization sounds a lot like what you are discussing in this video. If the Nazis had been successful, this probably would have carried over to other industries. That is speculation, but it seems plausible.
