  1. The charging station "inaccuracies" may not actually be an error. Assume that the charging station is accurately measuring the number of electrons delivered, the difference between what is delivered and what is registered on the vehicle may be a reflection of the inefficiencies of the charging system. Any time one converts energy, there is a loss. This is just plain physics. I would like to see a study on this for EV charging.

  2. In the Chicago area, where I am, we have had a very cold spell (the Polar Vortex has got us in its grip) and the reports of EVs not being even able to run, much less charge are all over the news. Most of these are Teslas. It is a travesty.
