  1. What recession in the US? The latest quarter saw a 5.9% increase in GDP. Projections for the next four years are a growth rate of 2% or more. No, the decrease in demand for Chinese goods from the US has to do with the shifting of supply chains, not recession. On top of that, there is no scenario in which the real estate sector recovers. None! China is massively overbuilt and consequently prices are dropping. Frankly, the people who put their money in real estate will be wiped out. The industries that rely on real estate development are already suffering and will not recover.
