  2. The thing that the companies that refuse to hire people over 35 are missing is that these people are typically the most productive. They are also the ones that are key to capital formation, in a normal economy. The younger people consume, and older people provide a lot of the capital. China is failing on both ends of this spectrum. I don't see them recovering. I recently heard that the CCP is considering more debt driven, inefficient, infrastructure development projects to keep GDP growth numbers up. What a joke.
