@MeiinUK Well, I first I find your syntax a bit confusing. As for China, they are done. There has been so much corruption that Xi really can't change course. Actually, all the attempts to catch up in technology, especially in semiconductors, have been ruined by corruption. Lots of people have been jailed as a result. The people of China are broke. Just consider the housing market. It is down between 40 and 50%. A large number of people are underwater on their mortgages. That's negative equity and represents the bulk of their savings. And now, the banks are often refusing to give people back their money. The banks are probably insolvent because of the housing crisis, and supply seems to about twice what is needed. That sector is not coming back. On top of that, people who would be considered middle class in China are being impacted by the job market driven by the housing market and the withdrawal of foreign investment. Don't forget, it is foreign investment that built China. Xi has chased that away.
