  2. Xi's, and the government's use of outdated communist dialectic terminology is a sure sign of decay. Couple that with the unreliability of any statistics coming out of the government, and you have an opaque environment. Any outside investor that advocates investment in China under these conditions is doing his clients a disservice. I wonder if there might even be a fiduciary issue here.
