  1. Goldman Sachs is dreaming if they think it will be an L-shaped recovery. The only caveat to that is if the prices are at rock bottom. That is happening in some lower tier cities. There are two factors mitigating against recovery or stabilization. First is the demographic decline. Second is massive unemployment and underemployment. I don't see what levers the central government has. I would hope people are not taking investment advice from these guys.
