  1. Hoping to move when the prices went up? Are these people daft? If your house price goes up, it is likely that in the same basic region the prices have gone up as well. In addition, the principle you pay in the first years of the mortgage is fairly small. Unless you have more income, the house in the more desirable area is still going to likely be out of reach. Another example of the ignorance of the Chinese people (and I include businessmen) on economic matters.
