The use of these statistics can be confusing. The interesting number is how many of these new economy companies are there compared to some benchmark. In the current debate it might be best to use 2019. Also, the use of the number of companies going bankrupt in 2022 is correct, and a basic statistic, but when you say this is a reduction from the previous year, that is misleading. One would think that this would be expected. Without knowing how many companies were started in the same period, the comparison is meaningless.
