@jackbass5860 What the heck does that mean? That has to be one of the stupidest things I have ever seen in comments, and I have seen lots of stupid things in comments.

Precisely! The Ukrainians, and I am talking the people one sees on YouTube, are getting a big head because they haven't been defeated. They keep saying NATO needs them. Neither the US or any other NATO country would fight a war the way the Ukrainians are doing. What really brought this home to me was Kellogg's comment that they have lost more troops in three years than the US lost in Vietnam in ten years. Look also at Korea, which is a more comparable conflict. The reality is that both Russia and Ukraine were in demographic decline prior to the war. It is worse now. They are both literally destroying their countries. I understand Ukraine's situation, but Russia is something else. By the way, the Russians do fight this way, but because of the demographics, this is not the Russia, or Soviet Union of the first half of the 20th century.
