  1. I got off of all processed food. The only thing I eat that would be considered processed food is red lentil and chickpea pasta. Each of those only has one ingredient. I am even planning to make my own. I also got totally off sugar. In my 60s I am back to my body from my 20s. It also costs a lot less. RFK Jr. will have a fight on his hands, but if anyone is up for a fight, he is the man.

  2. The main thing is that no one makes policy in this country by following the "science". Just a couple of examples from other areas. Where I live, and I think this is fairly standard, we have our high school kids going to school earliest, then middle school, then elementary school. There are many studies, and all of us know it from our own experience, that this is opposite of the way it should be. One of the reasons I have heard being given has something to do with varsity sports. Can you believe it. Then there is "daylight savings time". The list goes on.
