  1. What they need to do is to declare open season on drones in the border area. I am in Illinois, and they used to pay $25 for coyotes killed. The hunting season is still year-round with just about any weapon, but they took away the bounty. Now the coyotes are a problem. So, let people take out the drones and give them a small payment. Heck, many people in Texas would do it just for fun.
