I just saw a video on a channel where a Russian woman who left Russia is now bemoaning that she is no longer getting USAID funding. What the heck? The funding is going to be administered by the State Department, which is the right place for it. It is foreign aid after all. USAID was created, by executive order by the way, for what is really nefarious purposes. It might have made sense during the Cold War, but if you hadn't noticed the Cold War ended over 30 years ago. Has Fox been reduced to just having people respond to reporting by other outlets?
