  1. The US is a diverse country. It always has been. That is one of its strengths. The more we embrace that the better off we will be. In WWII there was a feeling in Japan that we were mutts. Their feeling of racial purity and superiority led them to believe that they could defeat us. This has led many to underestimate the US and we are still the strongest, both economically and militarily. And I submit, socially. Yes, we have problems, but look at the places where people of different races and ethnicities want to come. The vast majority are the Anglosphere. This includes the US, the UK, Canada and Australia. Black Americans have been great contributors to our country. I have known many in both high and low positions that I could look up to as examples, and friends. I am lucky in that my father had black friends at work who I was exposed to. They were good people and made it impossible for me to feel anything against them. Herschel Walker is another inspiration. He did well at school. He was a great athlete and is now a successful businessman. I expect that in future he will be a great politician, serving this country well. What an example.
