KT, Chinese technology is utter crap. In the military sphere it is based on rip-offs of Soviet/Russian technology (see how well that is doing in Ukraine). In the commercial sphere it is all based on Western investment. Before the opening to the West, they could barely make pig iron (look it up, Great Leap Forward). Now with the sanctions and the threat to Taiwan, they are going down. China and Russia together are a mid-sized power compared to the Anglosphere and EU combined. Militarily they are second or third rate. Don't forget, we have been training and reforming the Ukranian military for a long time. This is the difference between Western power and Russin/Chinese power. China has not fought a war since 1979, when they invaded Vietnam. They were trounced. Their much-vaunted navy has a majority of littoral ships. Are we going to invade China? Why would anyone? I could go on, as I am wont to do, but I will leave it at that.
