  1. I think this is way off base. There was already a move to decouple from China because of supply chain issues and the pandemic. Due to this their economy is either flat or growing very slowly. Even their official pronouncements and projections are very "modest". Carafano is talking like the Chinese are some sort of supermen when it comes to this. I could run off a long list of incredibly stupid things they have done in just the last year.
