  1. After listening to Harold and some of the other Democrat participants on this show, I wonder how anyone can be Democrat. Democrats are Socialists. Pure and simple. That has been shown time and time again over many administrations. The only good thing is that they cannot always control everything and there is a counterweight to them. Without the MSM, they would be a permanent minority. America is not Socialist. As people move away from the MSM to other forms of information, this might begin to right itself.

  3.  @nevilletaylor8324  I pay the taxes. I will use the public services. Having the government collect taxes and provide services is not socialist. The social safety net idea actually started under the German Kaiser. Surely, you don't believe that he was a socialist. The whole idea was necessary once we went from a rural farm economy to an urbanized industrial economy. In the US, does the government control the means of production? Even many government programs and services are provided by private, for profit companies. I worked in the aerospace industry for many years, and just about everyone was a contractor. My father worked for a government lab, and I saw the transition to using contractors. He was not happy with that. But, the contractors were more efficient and made a profit. Does that sound like socialism?
