I remember when home interest rates were around 18%. Recently they have gone up to the 4% range, in some cases. My first two homes I had under lease/purchase agreements. This was done with the hope interest rates would come down in the future, and my payments would be credited to the agreed purchase price. It is not a good thing, what is happening, but it is not catastrophic. Also remember that there is a huge market in refinancing loans, I have done that myself, until I paid off my home (twice, but that is another story). By the way, I love the comment in the description.

The idea that Roe helped women in minority communities is ludicrous. Just to give and example from many years ago, there was an article in the WSJ about a black college athlete who was killed in, I think, New Orleans. I think he was from Washington, DC. He was in his early 20s, but already had three children by at least two women. Where was the "family planning" for these women? He was considered a "good guy" in the article. Would you?
