  1. Tik, early on in the video you quote the 1949 Geneva Convention in discussing the 1944 repatriation. Since you have admitted that forced repatriation is not explicitly forbidden at that time, your argument is invalid. It is a central tenet of law that laws can not be applied retroactively. The 1949 prohibition was probably added because of this situation, but does not apply to it.
