So, let me get this straight. I understand that the route along the Sea of Azov is dangerous. The thing I have a problem with is, if they are moving through there to supply the southern front, and they are already there, why would they then take this stuff to Crimea first before distributing it?

@careylymanjones Well, it is not as simple as that. If you hadn't noticed, Crimea has become unsafe as a place to store or transport the materiel as well. There is even a bridge involved.
