You keep talking about Russia as if they have the only say. If you hadn't noticed, Poland has been rapidly arming, and they get the stuff in quantity that Ukraine has only recently received. As for Russia rearming, you must be kidding. It took them 20 years to build up the military they attacked Ukraine with last year. During those 20 years they had two things that are not available now. The first is western technology. The second is massive oil revenues. I don't know if you have followed the latest data, but it is likely that they are losing a dollar or two on each barrel of oil they sell.
