  1. Peter, I thought you were up on the data. In 30 to 40 years most if not all of the baby boomers will be gone. That changes everything. That aspect of the debt will basically be gone. The US also has a better story on immigration and the ability to absorb immigrants. Not only will capital flow to the US, but so too will people, with the whole range from low skilled to high skilled. Another thing that is happening is that the baby boomers are not just pulling all their money out of more risky, higher reward investments, as previous generations did. Again, the baby boomers are different. As with most of the issues in this current time we are in a situation where our models do not apply. It will be interesting.
