  1. Looking forward to it. I would pre-order, but on Amazon, where I bought the original and all your other books (on Kindle), the pre-order does not work. It always takes you t the original edition. I have pre-ordered books before, both print and Kindle, so I am familiar with how it works. You might want to contact them about that.
