  1. Great point. What irks me is that there is all this talk about the "global south". As you have said in your books (I have read them all), those countries, depending on how bad things get, may end up being colonies again. This may be economic, or literal. It doesn't matter what form it takes. What matters, and has always mattered, is economic and technological power, not population or land area, Frankly, the "global south", and the non-aligned movement are both a joke.
