My now late mother was in a care home,an ambulance was called for as she had an infection,they looked her over as they do and decided not to take her to hospital.The Ambulance after they had seen to her was sat outside the care home for about an hour,they were on their phones before they left.Maybe they were told to stay put who knows,but no wonder their are people waiting for an ambulance
