I take it you're another new candidate for the world's worst human? Listen bud, being heartless and thoughtless is nothing to be proud of. You say you have no sympathy, but I'm guessing that's because you have no empathy either. You know there's a term for people without empathy: psychopath. Get help.

Welcome to the internet: "If you attempt to threaten, intimidate, or humiliate someone it can be classified as assault. If they have a reasonable fear of harm it classifies as assault." That's the answer to someone asking if spraying another person with a hose is assault. Nothing to do with private property.

A human is a separate, distinct organism. You use such language to take away their humanity, so that YOU can think cruel thoughts about them, so that you can agree with others who treat them cruelly--who also, no doubt, think of the homeless as parasites. Secondly, think about this: You agree with that shop owner. Right? You certainly saw the incident from his point of view. If the shop owner is leftist, then you should be leftist too. Did you not make that connection? Finally, it's obvious you're no Christian, but you aren't a "realist" either. If you were, you would've noted the reality of what a parasite is (and isn't). Your absence of empathy shows you to be a psychopath. Seek help.

@terribletomvu37 Trump won 30% of the vote in California, 26% in Los Angeles country, and 12% in San Francisco country. So yes. There are Republicans in San Francisco. You certainly don't think there's anything liberal about turning the hose on a homeless person. Do you? Dr. King had the hose turned on him, and he was certainly a liberal.

And if that's all you have to say about a homeless veteran, then you're the one who deserves the hose. That shop owner also deserves the hose. The homeless person does not.
