She isn't qualified for her job. The people who voted for her are therefore not qualified, or informed enough to vote. But here we are. When you get ignorant plonkers (a word I recently picked up from our cousins across the pond, a word I really like) voting for government officials, they're going to choose people who aren't qualified. And that's because they either don't know what the qualifications should be, or they refuse to care. I don't really see this as being just Hoebert's fault, but her ultra-maroon base.
