  1. If this was a mental health issue, then his breakdown happened along with him being drunk and having a violent outburst. Now, I don't know the officers on hand, at all. But I seriously doubt they were experts in mental health, since practically no one is...even actual mental health experts. He was a violent racist jerk. That's all.
