Critical thinking is NOT the GOP's strong point." I was about to write this exact thing. Totally agree. Besides strawman, Trump supporters love whataboutism too. These Republican lawmakers are either fake (playing to their base, to ensure reelection), or they are horrible people, racist and stupid. I don't see how their supporters stick with them, since they're all about calling things fake. But I guess they're also fake or horrible, or both.
