  1.  @markastoforoff7838  Maybe they're saying Trump (or whomever) doesn't want to reveal it to religious people. This has been supposed before. But, as I see it, if someone believes a god created everything, then that god could have easily created aliens too. (shrugs)

  2. We still need proof. Anecdotal evidence just doesn't cut it. Anyone coming forward with only anecdotal evidence has to know this. I don't want to just believe: I want to know. That said, if our world (especially our United States) ever needed some perspective, and a reason to think about what's going on beyond gerrymandering, race, sex/gender, fascistic ideation, etc., it's now. If we are not alone, I don't know why this has been kept from us for so long. I've heard some say "it would change everything," including religion. But if you believe some god created everything, then that god could've created aliens too. So I don't see the problem there. For decades we have watched movies about this visitation idea, so it wouldn't totally shock us into a collective catatonic state. If it is true, the only reason I can think of to not reveal it would be something pernicious. Who knows what? But if it isn't true, then this whole thing needs to be laid to rest. Once and for all. For example, are those crafts which can't be identified actually experimental, top secret? And that's why they can't identify them to us? Or are they truly beyond the comprehension of all earth's scientists? Because if they're beyond their understanding, then our scientists need to be funded better, and our politicians need to focus on funding their research, for our own national (and worldwide) security.

Our government would have silenced him a long time past." This is my biggest problem with this whole thing too. As I saw that guy, showing his face, giving his name, I thought, "If this is real, you're dead." And why come forward with only anecdotal evidence: That's not going to help at all.
