What is mental health access and funding going to do for people who don't go to mental health professionals? I doubt those psychos who're getting ready to go on a spree will be seeing a therapist, or will think they should maybe go talk to one first. Unless that mental health funding is intended to pay people to go door to door, to every house and apartment and shack in the country, then it's not going to do a heck of a lot.
