  1. When you wake up, you realize that to treat each other with respect and dignity is good for your own health: mentally and physically. Plus, we reflect how others have treated us. So if you're treated badly, someone disrespected that person. Therefore, if you want to change how you're being treated, then do unto them as you want to be done unto you (to quote someone whose name escapes me at the moment). That's what it means to be woke. Is that so bad?
