It's like paying for roads you never use. We live in a society: Making it better for all will make it better for all. Maybe you don't have any student loan debt? If you did, and were paying some predatory loan company for the rest of your life (long after you had paid back the amount you borrowed), then wouldn't you want the loan to be forgiven? It's called empathy, the lack of which is psychopathy. You really want to be a psychopath?

A lot of us call that particular version of him "Republican Jesus."
