@robertlibby7660 I read the Constitution and Bible on my own. Even church and Sunday School didn't teach me anywhere near the entire Bible. Same goes for school and the Constitution. I wasn't lied to, just not taught everything. In the end, we are responsible for what we do, or don't do. Sure, there are many more factors that influence us, but what we know or don't know comes down to us, at least as adults.

@robertlibby7660 "You need to look a little deeper." Deeper into what, exactly? Yes, I remember the rhyme: In 1492, Columbus sailed the ocean blue. But when I grew up, and became an adult, I read what Columbus was really all about: gold and slaves. I wasn't taught anything about native Americans. Ever. I read about them on my own. I've read about 30-40 books about the various tribes and nations. As I said, when you/I/everyone becomes an adult, it is our responsibility to learn all the stuff that we aren't taught. And there's a lot to learn. It's when people don't accept that personal responsibility, and refuse to learn anything after their highest school degree, that we get problems.
