And sometimes vice versa.

Bigotry, supremacy, any means to look down on others and limit their rights.

There has been a remarkable drop, at least in the U.S., in mindfulness, logic, and reasoning skills. It isn't just MAGA either.
7
If I was to ever call in to a show (which I've never done), especially if I was going to talk down to the person, I'd stop and think for several days about what I wanted to say. But stopping and thinking isn't really what MAGA does.

@1987BillyBob A 1975 Swedish law, which ended a decadeslong eugenics and forced-sterilization program, says that people younger than 18 cannot have genital surgeries. But the law doesn't explicitly ban transgender care. And France absolutely allows it. Since 2016, France no longer requires gender-affirming surgery as a condition for a gender change on legal documents.

Only when it comes to ignoring science.

Just looked it up. The regret is less than 1%. I think we can safely call that rare.
2
@1987BillyBob "And some European nations now ban it." Only Russia.
2
@maskedmarvel You evidently didn't bother to look into why they are at a high rate: because of how they are mistreated and stigmatized. The only mental illness is in the people who drive them to such despair.

@GoAdventure83 Maybe if, when people respond to your question, you stop and think about how they're correct. No one knows everything. So we don't expect you to know everything. Hmm, or maybe you weren't seeking an answer?
1
@GoAdventure83 Poor guy. You didn't ask the question because you didn't know. Am I right? You asked it so you could tell anyone who answered you that they were wrong. That's just sad.
1
@GoAdventure83 That was for his debate with Trump, right? It's a one-on-one thing.
1
@GoAdventure83 Like you're a critical thinker? You came up with this non-sequitur about how what Biden does isn't "good for democracy." Honestly, the video is about...you know what it's about. Why even ask this? And you don't let on that your proof against Biden isn't proof of what you claim at all: It's just the debate is one-on-one. That is not critical thinking.

@rs72098 It is not gay person's choice, usually, to go to so called "gay conversion therapy." It is pushed on them. Man, you are exactly 180 degrees backwards.
1
@rs72098 Conversion therapy is usually not the choice of the person getting it; affirming care usually is. As I said, you'd have to ignore science to assume what you wrote.
1
@pcbacklash_3261 But your statement is erroneous, in that it assumes the OP meant there weren't exceptions. Of course there are. None of us are allowed to do whatever we want. Of course there are exceptions. Luckily intelligent people are in charge of this.
1
@danevertt3210 "a stupid people makes a hateful heart???" How about a stupid person makes a hateful heart? See how, if you weren't trolling, or crudely literal, you would have acknowledged my point? But also, 'Stupidity makes a person's heart hateful' would work, sometimes (as I said).
1
@danevertt3210 It can be hard to differentiate sarcasm from being serious, in text. Especially when there's no discernible reason for it, and when the reader doesn't know you.
1
@dozervin1 The old I-know-you-are-but-what-am-I rebuttal: a classic on the elementary school playground.
1
@pcbacklash_3261 No. They're correct. They're actually completely correct. Odd you don't know that....
1
@pcbacklash_3261 It isn't just "true." It's a fact, a scientific fact. Not much on science?
1
@User1775.9 No. Science. Look it up. Look up the difference between sex and gender. Have you never done that? It's science, bud.
1
@User1775.9 Science isn't opinion. And of course it evolves, as scientists learn more. To stick to a faulty "truth" would be mindlessness. Wouldn't you agree? Probably not.
1
@rs72098 No, unless by "basically said" you mean didn't say that at all. And I doubt you know much about science, and how it differentiates between sex and gender, or what is really going on--since you referred to "biased health studies."
1
@Frankie9553 How do you know they did? And, even so, that's whataboutism: a logical fallacy, used to distract from the actual conversation.
1
@jimohara I didn't say being MAGA led them to calling into shows. I said being MAGA prevented them from stopping and thinking. But you're right in that it isn't just MAGA who has a problem with that. Still, they all do, and would have to, to support Donnie. No stopping and thinking allowed!

@deenman23 The regret rates are less than 1%. You can look it up.
