@turretplug6858 No denial of siding with VladPut, I see.

@BowlOFGrit DonDonTheCon blamed them. He has done it a couple of times now. And he was repeating what VladPut has said. So that's at least two people blaming them.

Awesome example of a run-on sentence. I think you have at least three independent clauses there, maybe four: hard to tell.

@jessicapayne8622 I love Ian Fleming! I have 1st print hardcovers of all the Bond books.

@Lava-Puperze First, thanks for conceding at least part of what I wrote. Secondly, I think you're assuming I voted for him, because of my apparent defense of his supporters. I did not vote for him. I'm also not defending them. Finally, what I am doing is saying no matter what/if we might have suspected he'd do, we didn't know it. We couldn't, because we're unable to know the future. And even if WE knew it, that doesn't mean THEY would. The reasoning of that cliche requires reverse causality, or else knowledge of the future. This takes logic and empathy to figure out. I've only recently learned empathy for his supporters. Don't blame ya for not being there yet. But the logic should be readily available.

@Lava-Puperze Thank you for a pleasant exchange. :)

Just going to keep spamming that, huh? It was wrong when DonDonTheCon said it. But two wrongs make a right? Maybe add something thoughtful to the discussion. Too much to ask?
2
@BowlOFGrit I wasn't talking about that at all. Maybe that's why ya didn't understand. And ya wanna just do a man o' straw. No thanks.
2
@keithbarnett3635 Well, he was only impeached twice. Don't know where you're getting "all the other impeachments," since there was only one, besides the one in question. The Senate voted 57–43 to convict him, falling 10 votes short of the two-thirds majority required by the Constitution. So I wouldn't say it went "nowhere." The majority convicted him. He did it, and we all know he did it. And he'd do it again.
2
@keithbarnett3635 There was only one other, so I don't know where you're getting "all the other impeachments" from.
2
@jessicapayne8622 If you had to name a favorite, just offhand, which one would it be? For me, "On her majesty's secret service." Fleming always had a knack for strong endings, and that one always leaves me unable to breathe.

@tonygreen9610 They didn't do this. DonDonTheCon and JP Mandel did. Tired of this cliche. Each of us is responsible for what we do and say. They are responsible for voting for him, yes; but not for what he did. See, what he did was in the future, which they couldn't see. And neither could any of us. We might have suspected he'd do something like this. But we didn't know he'd do this specific thing. He bears responsibility for his own actions. No one else.

@DrEgonCholakian It's not the same principle at all, since we citizens are not the police. That is as false of an equivalence as one can possibly imagine. It is absolutely two wrongs make a right. Why even suggest this? Sounds like terr'ism to me.
1
@BowlOFGrit Maybe I can explain it? @turretplug6858 (in the post I replied to) was the one siding with VladPut, but deflecting from that by saying "he's not paying me. I already fought...." So I wasn't speaking to what you claim I was talking about. But ya wanna make that man o' straw. I don't see why I should play along with that fallacy.
1
@BowlOFGrit Maybe don't understand, because I wasn't speaking to that at all? I was pointing out how @turretplug6858 didn't deny he was siding with him.
1
@BowlOFGrit It's pretty obvious. I don't want to get drawn into a meaningless discussion with you.
1
Because first they want to dismantle the U.S., and sell it, or that's what they seem to be doing.
1
DonDonTheCon and JP Mandel are in way over their heads. One of the many ways they aren't qualified for the job is they aren't diplomats. They're way too petty, vindictive, and myopic.
1
@freeelectron52 It wouldn't have started but for VladPut invading. Whatever his reason(s) for doing it, whether real or his excuse, he chose to invade. That's the bottom line. Can claim a butterfly flapping its wings in Mongolia in the 5th century A.D. caused it, but the choice was his responsibility, whatever that butterfly did.
1
@freeelectron52 What history? Ya keep talking about history, without saying what you're talking about. Besides, whatever history ya mean, VladPut chose to invade. It was his choice, his responsibility.
1
@freeelectron52 I'm not going prove your point for ya. The burden of proof is not on me. It's on you. Just using some titles of acts and agreements does nothing. Besides, as I said, VLADPUT CHOSE TO DO IT. INVADING WAS HIS CHOICE AND RESPONSIBILITY. So none of ya use as red herrings matters in the least.
1
Poor thing. Let's see ya write even a pamphlet about "See Spot Run," let alone a book about critical thinking.
1
@keithbarnett3635 There was only one more, besides the one in question. So don't know where you're getting "all the other impeachments" from. And the majority of the senate convicted him, just not the two-thirds needed. So he did it, and we all know it.
