Donny has this delusion that everyone who supports him does great, just by being associated in some way to him, whereas everyone who doesn't fails completely. It reminds me of how he claims to be intelligent, because his uncle was was a professor. I guess he wants his supporters to believe they will no longer be losers, if they vote for him.
