  1. Instead of being reimbursed, the people who gave money to Trump and Bannon for these scams should be committed to insane asylums. They obviously don't have the basic intelligence it takes to live, and are a threat to themselves and others. Lock them away. Then they can babble on with their conspiracy theories in nice rubber rooms.
