  1. Trump's 41% base has remained so, no matter what he does, all the way back to when he ran against Hillary. Think about that: No.Matter.What. They chant "We love you" at his rallies. I wonder how many of them feel like that guy who yelled in support of Trump, when Trump did his little Covid drive-by: "I would die for you." I think they must believe what they're doing is noble loyalty. But it's creepy. No matter what this person, whom they don't know, does, they are with him.
