  8.  @brianwhiting3280  Yes, of course. But Donny could sign to release this information. And if it was a bullet, I'd bet a million bucks he'd have already released it, because it would make him look tough. This isn't "made up." The FBI director doesn't know. That's pretty serious.

  9.  @willneverstop  It matters to Donny. Why? I can't read his mind. It matters to the FBI. Why? Because it can't be proven that it was a bullet that nicked him. And their job is to find the facts. And that's really why it matters to us: We want the facts. Well, apparently not all of us.
