  1. Many times, when Trump interrupts a reporter, he has to keep saying stuff, or the reporter will keep pressing him. So Trump filibusters. He says a bunch of meaningless garbage, does some Gish Gallup, then berates the reporter. After a surreal couple of minutes, the reporter's question is lost amidst Trump's verbal farts, and he calls on someone else.
