  1.  @DianeGreer  "when you all took prayer out of school" People here didn't take prayer out of school. Anyway, it was right to remove it, because it promotes only one religion as being acceptable by the government. And that's against the first amendment.

  3. When anyone starts with "I believe," they undermine whatever they were going to say. Belief is the absence of knowing, but is taken to be fact by the believer. Even Jesus, in the Biblical next mind you, said: "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. / But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you" (Matt. 6:5-6). These MAGA conservatives are what Jesus (in the text) called hypocrites. Keep it to yourselves, Christians. If you want to share it, then love your neighbor; we don't need to hear what you believe. Know why? Because what you believe only makes sense inside your own head. To the rest of us, it's nonsense.
