  1. The difference is that 0.5-1.0% of a very large number (like 700,000 out of 329 million) is still a large number, as opposed to 175 people fired. Also we're talking about death versus being fired.

  2. Not sure if it matters, but I wonder if they're against all vaccines or just the one(s) for Covid. If they were against all vaccines, surely they would have never gotten the job. So that just leaves the Covid vaccine, which means political reasons, or religious, or conspiracy theories. Glad they were fired.
