@AbnormalWrench "Yah, its almost like you missed the joke." Maybe because it's almost like you weren't telling a joke? In your head, you know the joke you're trying to make. Now you have to communicate it in such a way that other people see what's in your head. At present, I don't see it. Maybe you were trying to be sarcastic, or sound like a Trumpist? Never assume it's the reader's fault.

If that's the idiotic part, then you're getting it wrong. He said, "It's not that there will never again be another recession." There's nothing in there about people claiming there would or wouldn't be. That's a straw man argument. "So I figured I'd be the first, so that he could actually have a single example of someone saying the dumbest thing ever said." Since he didn't say that, your post fails to be an example of what he said. You're an obvious troll. And I don't agree with you in the slightest. However, I will say this, you're right in that your post is "a single example of someone saying the dumbest thing ever said."
