  1. I make it a point to not wish anything on anyone, that I wouldn't wish for myself. But, when I first saw the news this morning, I laughed. No, I giggled, and cackled like a mad scientist or demon. I couldn't stop laughing. About an hour later, I prayed for them. We Americans are wound up tight, ready to burst, explode, attack, defend. (Sorry to dare speak for everyone, but it's the sense I have of the country.) This is a direct result of everything Trump has done; every single day he does something worse than the day before. Trump created this climate of rage; he's not a victim of it: You reap what you sow. Therefore, I understand the rejoicing, and I don't condemn it. Still, we need to be careful that this drowning man doesn't pull us down with him.
