  1. So do Republicans still believe they will be infected by gayness, if other people are allowed to be LGBTQ? Because the only other alternative explanations for their obsession are much worse: that there is a LGBTQ conspiracy, a woke cabal, out to take over the world; or, more realistically, that they are persecuting a minority, as their bigoted forebears did.
