  1.  @markzuckergecko621  Did you miss the part where the judge said that's what the language really means? "Civilly liable" is because it was a civil case. "Convicted" for (what rhymes with grape) is a federal court term. But they mean the same thing. Got it? THEY MEAN THE SAME THING.
