  1. None of those should be in quotes, which are used to show what someone actually said. Besides that, it's a cliched meme, and cliches are shortcuts to thinking. Given all that DonaldMcCheese has actually said and done, it shouldn't be hard to find an actual quote, and make a greater point about him and his supporters.

  2. All he had to do was post something like, "Merry Christmas. I wish you all the happiest of of holidays." It's not hard. Does he not have people who help him with his social image? I thought that was standard: the purpose being to not come across as a madman to the public. But, come to think of it, no Repub has any such influences: They all say and do the most bonkers load of balderdash imaginable. Maybe that's intentional? They want to appeal to their KnowNothingBozo base, after all. Hmm. Kind of a chicken and egg thing.
